All orders made on a weekday before 15:00 UK time, will be shipped out the same day. All orders made on the weekend will be shipped out on Monday the following week.

Late or lost orders

When placing your order, please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as Rose Noir takes no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address or have been requested to be left with a neighbour or outside building.

Any order discrepancies relating to missing and/or lost items must be reported to us in writing via email at info@rosenoirclothing.com. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (25 working days for international items) - this is when Royal Mail classes items as being lost.

Items not received but tracking shows they have been delivered

This may happen when items are sent to a place of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it. In these cases, you can request a proof of delivery certificate from the Royal Mail website by filling in a signature request form.

Please note: we do not refund or replace tracked items that show as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address.


Returns

We offer a 30 day exchange or refund guarantee. This 30 day window begins after an order has arrived with the customer.

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund/exchange lost returns.

Orders sent back to the warehouse after the 30 day exchange or refund window has passed will be returned to the customer.

  • Please include your full name and order number in the email or form.

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • Items must be unwashed and unworn (apart from trying on).
  • All tags, clips, and packaging must be included in the polybag.

Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We are however, willing to exchange the product.

Refund Policy

We will refund your order to the original payment method once it has been processed at the warehouse.

  • Please be aware this can take up to 48 hours after the order arriving. You will be notified once a refund has been made.
  • We are unable to refund purchases to a different payment method than the one used to purchase the items.

If your order was sent with free shipping and you decide to return all or part of your order for a refund, the actual delivery charge we incurred to send your order will be deducted from your refund amount to cover our shipping costs. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible.

In the case where only part of the order is refunded, if the remaining order value is more than £80, Rose Noir will pay the free shipping. If the remaining order value is less than £80, we will add the free shipping cost to the refund.

Nice shirt and good online service

you are the second company i order online from out of Europe. So it's always a risk. But here the service online when i have a question was always handled with a quick respond. Thank you for that. And also my package was great, the shirt fits great ! So what can i say, you have a new customer in your database guys!

Nice quality however the fit is poor!

Lovely colour and material. It’s a shame the fit isn’t up to match. The arms are perfect however the base of the shirt hangs instead of hugging your figure. I’m a muscly guy and the shirt just doesn’t fit as well as alternatives Iv tired which is a shame.

As again, we try aim to make sure the shirt is muscle fit for most men & their respective sizes however, at the same time we do not like to make the shirt too tight which then in turn looks like you are wearing the incorrect size. Can’t go wrong

Received the shirt yesterday, very fast delivery indeed. Love this colour a very deep red and looks brilliant with black jeans. Can’t go wrong with these guys.

Nice design online, easy to order but afterwards you can only be disappointed : the item is blocked at no the border and you have to pay 50€ fees (VAT + 15€ because of a false border declaration) for an order which costs 100€. At the end the shirts don’t have a good quality, some wires are broken or too long and are visible

You should have contacted our customer service team to resolve issue for you. In regards to the shirts then sleeves. In regards to the shirts themselves, we are sorry to hear this. All products go through product quality control however, at times slight strands can be seen however, can simply be cut.
